Dr. Suborno Bose – Chief Mentor

Dr. Suborno Bose, a noted educational entrepreneur storied his career 18 years bock when he founded (Institute of Advanced Management) IAM - Kolkata in 1989. Ever since that, the INDISMART GROUP under his aggressive and dynamic leadership and with the mantra of 'Dare To Do' have founded a series of internationally acclaimed Institutes like IlHM (now ranked No. 3 in India) , lllT -Kolkata , SHMl and finally International School of Business- ISB - The Leadership School. The Group is also into the business of Hospitality and IT and has business at India, Dubai and UK. It has academic collaborations with QMU, UK, Napier University, UK , Thames Valley University, UK, University of Texas, USA, and others.

A brilliant Chartered Accountant, Dr. Suborno Bose did his schooling at South Point Kolkata and is a graduate of St Xaviers College, Kolkata. He practiced CA for a few years before he took a plunge into education. He never looked back and today ISB is acclaimed as one of the most acclaimed Leadership School in India and abroad.

Mr. P. K. Gupta – Director, Administration

P. K. Gupta, is a Chartered Accountant of 38 years of professional experience. He studied Advanced Management courses in U.K. and Sweden. He has held very senior positions in multiple industries and was fulltime director of three giant Central PSUs. Presently Mr. Gupta is a Director of lndismart Group. As member of high level Government of India Trade delegations, he had traveled abroad extensively. P. K.Gupta was a member of Inter Ministerial Group (IMG) for Disinvestment under Ministry of Commerce, GOI. He was a regular examiner and faculty in the graduate and post-graduate courses in Calcutta University and IGNOU.

Mr. Robin Ghosh – Director, Centre of Excellence

Prof. Robin Ghosh has long experience of 30 years of working as Business Economist, Management & Communication Consultant. Prof. Ghosh pioneered Regional Television in Bengal and created a unique platform for TV Software Industry. His experience as an Economist & Management Consultant is wide and covers a large spectrum such as Media & Entertainment, FMCG, Hospitality & Travel and IT industry. Presently he leads the Centre of Excellence of ISB and IndiSmart Group worldwide.

Mr. T. R. Ramakrishnan – Dean of the Faculty

Prof. T. R. Ramakrishnan, an alumni of University of Kerala (1960 Batch) come to Mumbai in the early part of 1961. He has been on entrepreneur, then on assignment with FA0 of the UN, then on to becoming Consultant to Tata (for their foray into floriculture and sericulture), Kirloskor and SPlC and seven other top corporate houses as Advisor and Project Consultant. During this period he has also been associated with Agricultural Finance Corporation Ltd. He is also known for his marketing (exports) expertise in developing and identifying overseas markets and clients in the US & Europe.

Mr. Ramakrishnan comes with his hands-on that he had gained from the twenty successful international negotiations that he had conducted during the period (11 year) when he was the Proiect Consultant for technical collaboration, transfer of expertise, marketing tie-up, networking, brand building and JVs.

He has more than 1500 sessions have been conducted during the past two and half decades for various Corporate Houses all over India in which more than 3000 senior level managers. Not only participated but also benefited from it. He has also been associated with 16 business schools all over the country like SP Join, Mudra lnstitute of Communication, ICFAI, Symbiosis, Swami Vivekananda. Currently the passion which drives him and gives immense satisfaction is the job of setting up an exclusive and dedicated 'Leadership School in Kolkata, lntemational School of Business of which he is the Dean of the Faculty.
